Job Summary
This role will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with vendors and market teams. It will involve training, managing documentation, overseeing the preordering process, and providing aftersales support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for vendors to ensure alignment with company standards while maintaining close interactions with market teams.
- Oversee documentation management activities, including document updates, material creation, and user and group updates, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Follow up on the preordering process for new model launches, including defining SKU codes and product features, and collaborate with
- functional teams for timely updates to the product catalog. - Monitor and address issues reported by the market regarding defective machines, coordinating with relevant teams to provide effective solutions and support.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in vendor management activities.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
