IT & Data Manager (Reporting & Operations)

At Hexa Group, technology is the foundation for growth — and data powers decisions. We’re looking for an experienced,
- on IT & Data Manager to run the IT department and orchestrate reporting/BI across the group — Hexa Consulting, Hexa People, Hexa Engineering and other units — supporting 300+ employees.

This is a management and operations role: team leadership, vendors, budget, roadmap and metrics. No systems architecture .

Mission

Ensure the availability and continuous improvement of the infrastructure and data/reporting tools , supporting operations and aligning with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 (in coordination with GRC).
