It & Devops Administrator
Summary: We are looking for a versatile IT & Dev
Ops Administrator to support our technical infrastructure, assist in Dev
Ops operations, and handle
-
- day office administration. This role blends
- on IT management (hardware, software, and user support) with Dev
Ops maintenance (environments, and deployments), while ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities: You will work in a team that is responsible for maintaining and developing the infrastructure required to support our client needs and build the internal pipeline process to scale.
Job duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
IT Operations
- Manage and maintain company devices (Windows, mac
OS, and mobile). - Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and related systems.
- Handle IT onboarding/offboarding (accounts, equipment setup, permissions).
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure licensing compliance.
- Provide
- line technical support to internal users. - Implement and maintain network, printer, and security configurations.
Dev
Ops & Systems
- Manage cloud resources (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and monitor system performance.
- Maintain security practices for code repositories, secrets, and credentials (Key Vaults, etc. ).
- Collaborate with developers to improve delivery speed and reliability.
Office Administration
- Coordinate office equipment purchases and vendor management.
- Support administrative tasks such as access badges, supplies, and facility requests.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive office environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering or Similar.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or Dev
Ops. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Windows/mac
OS environments. - Familiar with cloud and CI/CD tools (AWS, GCP, Git
Hub Actions, etc). - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e. G. , Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with scripting and programming languages like Powershell, Python, or Bash
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and practices (EDR, MFA, access control).
- Knowledge of networking and VPN configuration.
- Excellent Written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience in small or
- growing companies where flexibility is key.
Work Mode: Hybrid 2x week
