Key Responsibilities
• Systems Administration o Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers (on-premise and virtual) o Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies o Oversee patch management, backups, and
- recovery procedures
• Network & Security o Design, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks o Implement security best practices: vulnerability scans, access controls, incident response
• Storage & Virtualization o Administer SAN/NAS storage solutions and capacity planning o Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
• End-User Support o Serve as escalated point of contact for Tier-2/3 support issues o Manage endpoint deployments, software rollouts, and mobile device management o Develop and update documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
• Vendor & Asset Management o Coordinate with hardware/software vendors; track warranties and licenses o Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle schedules
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or infrastructure support;
• Proficiency in administering Windows Server and Linux environments (on-premises and virtual); • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy;
• Understanding of network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks;
• Knowledge of security best practices, including vulnerability management, access control, and incident response;
• Experience managing SAN/NAS storage, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans;
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar.
