Ops, for a project based in Lisbon. Responsabilities:

Requirement Gathering & Change Management
Collect and document technical requirements for system enhancements
Participate in the change request process for technical and functional updates
Testing & Delivery
Collaborate on technical testing to ensure smooth production delivery
Launch and monitor initiatives, ensuring timely
- up
Issue Resolution & Process Optimization
Perform Level 3 support, analyzing reported issues, and identifying solutions or workarounds to minimize impact
Ensure resolution and
- up with vendors or service providers
Oversee technical processes (e. G. , Online, STP flows, batches) and document known issues for
- line support
Requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience in technical roles
Proficiency in Dev
Ops practices and tools (e. G. , Git, CI/CD, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins)Skilled in scripting languages (e. G. , Bash, Python, Terraform) and containerization using Dockerfiles
Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments using Argo
CD for streamlined and automated deployments
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to analyze change requests or issues and propose logical solutions or improvements
Proficiency in creating schematic/diagram-based documentation
Familiarity with Application Servers (e. G. , Web
