Hexa Consulting is looking for an IT Administrator – L3 to join our team and support system enhancements, technical testing, and production delivery for our clients.

? What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in technical roles, including application or infrastructure support
• Experience collecting and documenting technical requirements for system improvements
• Solid knowledge of change management processes and coordination with stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with technical testing, production delivery, and
  - up of releases
• Experience providing Level 3 support, identifying root causes, workarounds, and permanent fixes
• Ability to oversee technical processes and flows (e. G. , online services, STP, batch jobs)
• Experience in coordinating with vendors and documenting known issues for operational teams

? Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with application servers such as Web
  Sphere, Tomcat, or JBoss
• Experience with job scheduling tools like CA Workload Automation or Control-M
• Proficiency in Dev
  Ops tools and practices: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins
• Skilled in scripting with Bash, Python, and creating Dockerfiles
• Experience with Kubernetes and Argo
  CD for automated application deployment and container orchestration
