Project

The role involves implementing innovative solutions to improve operations and IT support, analyzing defects/enhancements, and transforming outdated technologies to modern solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather technical requirements for system enhancements.
• Participate in change request processes for system updates.
• Conduct technical testing to ensure smooth production deployment.
• Support project launches and
  - ups.
• Assist in meeting project deadlines and schedules.
• Identify product gaps and suggest improvements.
• Communicate and adhere to project standards.
• Prioritize tasks and own assigned projects independently.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide status updates.
• Perform level 3 support, analyze issues, evaluate solutions, and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure documentation and
  - up of technical processes.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Creative and logical
  - solving skills.
• Experience managing Linux or Windows servers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python, Ruby).
• Knowledge of tools like Confluence, JIRA, GIT/Bitbucket is a plus.
• Understanding of application servers like Web
  Sphere, Tomcat, JBoss is a plus.
• Experience with IT infrastructure planning and sizing.
• Familiarity with job schedulers (e. g. , Control-M).
• Technical knowledge of protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP/S).
• Understanding of system architectures (SSO, firewalls, load balancers, storage).
