Job Description

The role involves implementing innovative solutions to enhance operations and IT support, analyzing defects and enhancements, and leading IT transformation from outdated to modern technologies for the Global/Local Custody platform.

Main Responsibilities

1. Gather technical requirements for system enhancements.
2. Participate in change request processes for system updates.
3. Conduct technical testing to ensure smooth production deployment.
4. Launch and monitor initiatives.
5. Assist in meeting project deadlines and schedules.
6. Identify product gaps and suggest improvements.
7. Communicate and adhere to project standards.
8. Prioritize projects and own assigned tasks.
9. Coordinate with stakeholders and provide status updates.

Application Support

1. Perform level 3 support, analyze issues, and evaluate solutions.
2. Ensure smooth technical processes and document known issues for support teams.

Technical Skills

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze change requests and problems, propose solutions, and document them clearly.
• Manage services on Linux/Windows servers.
• Develop small scripts using Shell, Perl, Python, or Ruby.
• Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, GIT/Bitbucket is a plus.
• Understanding of Application Servers like Web
  Sphere, Tomcat, JBoss is a plus.
• Assist in planning and sizing IT infrastructure.
• Experience with job schedulers like Control-M is a plus.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP/S protocols.
• Understanding of system architectures like SSO, firewalls, load balancers, storage, and networks.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English.
• Fluency in Italian is an advantage.

• Team player with high performance, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Ability to work in a
