IT Administrator
We are looking for an IT Administrator to support our Game Studio in Lisbon.
You will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and improvement of the local IT environment, ensuring a stable and efficient setup for our developers, artists, and designers. You will work closely with regional office managers and remote IT teams to streamline solutions across Fun
Plus.
Your Responsibilities
- End User & Studio Support – Provide hands‑on technical support for the Lisbon Game Studio team (artists, developers, designers).
- Networking – Manage networking infrastructure of the Lisbon studio, including VPN and remote services.
- Workstations – Set up, configure, and maintain high‑performance workstations, peripherals, and development kits.
- User accounts – Manage user accounts, access rights, and local servers in alignment with global IT policies.
- Onboarding/Offboarding – Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (hardware, software, accounts).
- Front‑line support – Provide front‑line support for studio infrastructure, from company hardware to meeting room solution.
Network & Systems Administration
- Maintain and monitor local network infrastructure (LAN/Wi‑Fi, switches, firewalls, VPN).
- Identify infrastructure improvements and minimize usage costs.
- Collaborate with the global IT team to ensure secure, high‑performance connectivity between Lisbon, Barcelona, and China offices.
- Ensure reliable backups, security patches, and antivirus protection for local systems.
- Support compliance with company‑wide IT policies, audits, and GDPR requirements.

Ops teams to support build pipelines.
Your Profile
- 3+ years in IT administration, preferably in a creative or technical production environment (e. g. , gaming, film, VFX, design studio).
- Strong background in supporting Windows environments (Linux/mac
OS experience is a plus). - Proven experience with networking, server management, and user support.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication in English (Portuguese or Chinese a plus).
- Able to work independently while collaborating across multiple time zones.
- Service‑oriented mindset – proactive, organized, and dependable.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e. g. , Slack, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience supporting a game development pipeline or creative production team.
