Position: IT Administrator

Location: Lisbon (hybrid, 2x/week)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in technical roles
• Proficiency in Dev
  Ops practices and tools (e. g. , Git, CI/CD, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins)
• Skilled in scripting languages (e. g. , Bash, Python, Terraform) and containerization using Dockerfiles
• Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments using Argo
  CD
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Application Servers (e. g. , Web
  Sphere, Tomcat, JBoss)
• Experience with job scheduling tools (e. g. , CA Workload Automation, Control-M)

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Change Management: Collect and document technical requirements for system enhancements; participate in change request processes.
• Testing & Delivery: Collaborate on technical testing to ensure smooth production deployment; launch and monitor initiatives.
• Issue Resolution & Process Optimization: Provide Level 3 support, analyze issues, and identify solutions; oversee technical processes and document known issues.
