Role Overview:

We are looking for an
IT Application Engineer (Graduate Program)
to join one of our biggest clients, a
leading French multinational bank present in over 70 countries
.

What you will do:

• Be part of a newly created IT Application Engineering team working in Lisbon.

• Participate in a 6-month technical training program (theoretical and
-
- job) through the Neotalent Academy.

• Develop skills in Linux/Unix systems administration and SQL databases.

• Learn scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and Shell Script.

• Get
- on experience with monitoring and automation tools widely used in advanced Dev
Ops and infrastructure environments.

• Resolve incidents and provide support to ensure system stability.

• Answer user requests and deliver effective solutions.

• Monitor production environments to ensure smooth operations.

• Develop a strong understanding of the existing applications, both functional and technical.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and automating existing processes.

What you are like:

• Recently graduated in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Eager to start a career in IT (no prior professional experience required).

• Interested in Linux/Unix systems and database fundamentals.

• Curious to learn scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).

• Motivated to develop skills in monitoring, automation, and modern Dev
Ops practices.

• A strong communicator,
