Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Lead requirements definition and analysis, collaborating with HR stakeholders to identify business needs and define requirements for new or enhanced applications, contributing to shape the future of our HR technology landscape.
• Work with external service partners to analyze requests, evaluate solutions, and provide technical consulting/services to HR, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our applications.
• Provide, monitor and ensure the
  - quality delivery of services either from external partners or Infineon, guaranteeing that our applications meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.
• Contribute to innovation projects within your area of responsibility or across the “IT HR Time and Workforce Management” team, driving the adoption of new technologies and processes that enhance our HR capabilities.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A Diploma or University Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field of studies.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an IT department or IT consulting company, with a focus on managing and supporting IT tools.
• Experience in the HR domain with exposure to
  - related processes.
• Experience with
  - based tools, such as. NET, knowledge of Oracle Database and knowledge of Kronos would be highly desirable.
• Fluent in English, German speaking would be helpful.
