Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the incident's cause;
• Participate in configuring support models and transfer knowledge for implemented systems and processes;

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Previous experience in software development or maintenance;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with the following technologies or platforms:
• . C# or PHP
• Mongo
  DB
• SQL Server
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Kubernetes
• Azure and/or AWS
• Problem-solving attitude
• High levels of curiosity, multitasking, proactivity, and
  - motivation
