About the Job:
Are you a proactive communicator looking for new career opportunities who understands the importance of excellent service? This role involves providing solutions to employees seeking assistance with equipment and services in a multicultural setting, all within the sunny and friendly atmosphere of Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Follow guidelines and directives from the Senior IT and Management departments.
- Be diligent, adaptable, and quick to learn organizational protocols.
- Provide IT support to internal users, investigate issues, identify solutions, and deliver resolutions.
- Engage with users via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems promptly and effectively.
- Keep detailed records of service requests and prepare reports as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, smartphones, tablets, and related equipment.
- Create
- friendly documentation to assist users and strengthen IT systems. - Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and assets in our database.
- Assist with IT procurement activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.
- Manage physical firewalls and coordinate with Internet service providers for office issues.
- Support all Cluster offices efficiently.
- Be available for international client support on public holidays and occasionally on weekends.
- Collaborate with the IT team on operations, procurement, and hardware logistics.
- Support Facility Management, including building management, cleaning, security, and transportation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in computer hardware and networking.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in networking and network devices.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining laptops.
- Knowledge of software installation and support.
- Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Understanding of Windows Server environments.
- Knowledge of firewalls.
- Ability to configure photocopier machines.
