IT Automation & Operations Engineer (Build–Indus–Run–AWS–Kubernetes)

We are looking for IT Technical Operations Engineer to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full technical solution lifecycle, with a focus on industrialization and operations (Build – Indus – Run).
• Ensure solution exploitability in production (MCO), including CMDB maintenance and vulnerability management.
• Manage incidents and problems in alignment with ITIL V4 standards.
• Automate deployment processes and support orchestration activities.
• Participate in rotating shifts between 07h00 and 18h00 (Portugal time), with occasional
  - call duties (astreinte).
• Collaborate with CP/Scrum
  Ops teams, production support, and other internal IT entities.
• Maintain frequent interaction with remote teams, business stakeholders, and
  - functional collaborators.

Required Qualifications:

• Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows and Linux (Tomcat, Apache).
• Orchestration: Basic understanding of orchestration tools.
• Data Transfer: Experience with CFT (data flow transfer).
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS and GCP.
• Containerization: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Monitoring Tools: Proficient with Dynatrace.
• IT Service Management: Knowledge of ITIL V4 framework.
• Languages: English – B2 level or higher.
• Strong skills in incident diagnostics, automation, build and deployment, reporting, and both technical and functional analysis.
• Demonstrated adaptability, proactivity, and attention to detail.
