IT Business Analyst | CIB
Within the BPCE – GFS – Global Market & Risks IT, The Regulatory Derivatives team manages the Transaction Regulatory Reporting for Rates and Credits products on different regulations.
The team is made up of about ten people with developers, business analysts and quality analysts located in Paris and Porto.

Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements with users and project managers to continuously enhance the system
- Conducting business analysis, estimating workload and writing functional specifications
- Executing and maintaining functional test cases
- Participate to the test campaign before every release
- Participate in the user requirement gathering process and the analysis accordingly
- Collaborate with BA and Dev team members in Paris and Porto in order to fix issues
- Perform/support system testing
- Mission
The mission will be, under the control of a project leader, to:
- Participate to the regulatory projects: definition and writing business specifications.
- Participate to fix and remediate issues
- Work with developers and business analysts to validate changes before release.
- Take in charge some testing phases
Qualifications
Business skills:
- Knowledge of financial products: background on finance functions with an understanding of markets products: OTC products, derivatives
- Financial systems: previous experience as business analyst on IT financial systems.
- Testing skills: experience performing tests to assure data quality
- Regulatory knowledge
- Rigor and methodical approach for the testing phases and deep capacity for analysis
- Detail and maintenance oriented
- Financial environment: first experience in the
- office or
- office areas
Technical skills: SQL, Jira, XRAY, Confluence
Personal qualities:
- Analytical, and
- oriented person with good problem solving and project management skills - Team player
- Good communication
- Autonomous, Responsible, Proactive and Organized while having the ability to adapt
- Interest in the financial markets
- Will to get more experience by extending his business knowledge
Languages:
- English: confirmed level
- French: desirable
