IT Business Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the global team responsible for Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Interacting and discussing with business users regarding requirements and solution design in Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI
• Running and executing operational activities such as incident management, change management, problem management, and SLA in the area of Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI
• Performing feasibility analysis, scoping projects, prioritizing deliverables, and product functionalities
• Reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions
• Partnering with internal and external teams to develop functional specifications for business requirements
• Supporting and executing writing user stories, design, development, and test management for operational and project activities
• Managing projects for proof of concepts and development/configurations of prototypes with internal and external experts in Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI
• Ensuring overall operations of Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI in close cooperation with internal and external suppliers
• Presenting and discussing results on different management levels within IT and with internal customers
• Identifying, analyzing, and executing improvement initiatives

Your profile should include:

• A degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a similar field
• At least 3 years of experience strictly related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI
• Strong understanding of OOB Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and functional configurations and capabilities of the product
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
• Experience designing configuration and customizations on Dynamics 365 CRM
• Experience in business and IT management to plan ongoing feature development and product maintenance
• Experience in communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and other IT analysts to determine software requirements and system impacts
• Experience in Dev
  Ops processes and approach
• Agile methodology experience
• Understanding of Azure Dev
  Ops tools for requirement engineering, test management, and deployment
• Ability to support business stakeholders in the preparation and validation of UAT testing activities
• Fluency in English, with basic German language skills a plus
