Your Role

As an IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) for our Emission and Book&Claim products, you will be the domain and application expert, working at the interface of business experts across Europe, UX design, and engineering teams. You will be vital in designing and implementing
-
- purpose IT products covering Sea, Air, and Road Logistics. Your role involves translating stakeholder usage scenarios into
- ready solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Determine the requirements of use cases and support their prioritization.
• Specify user stories and epics to translate the roadmap into manageable items.
• Test functionalities and support root cause analyses for bugs.
• Support product management by articulating tactical and strategic requirements.
• Define, track, and improve
  - related requirements and ideas.
• Maintain product documentation.
• Guide, support, and mentor team members.

Your Skills and Experiences

• 3+ years’ experience in requirements engineering or feature specification in software development.
• Degree in logistics, environmental domain, or a technical field (computer science, engineering, economics).
• Ability to analyze requirements and communicate complex content to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with process definition in complex environments, ideally
  - scale.
• Collaborative team player with motivational skills.
• Experience with tech stack (Jira, Confluence, AWS, SQL, Python) is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
