Your Role

As an IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) for our Emission and Book&Claim products, you will be the domain and application expert working between business experts across Europe, UX design, and the engineering team. You will be crucial in designing and implementing IT products that cover Sea, Air, and Road Logistics, translating stakeholder scenarios into
- ready solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Determine use case requirements and support prioritization based on suitability.
• Specify user stories and epics to translate the product roadmap into manageable tasks.
• Test functionalities and assist with root cause analysis for bugs.
• Support product management by articulating tactical and strategic requirements to management, stakeholders, and developers.
• Manage and track open requirements and ideas for product improvement.
• Maintain product documentation.
• Guide, support, and mentor team members.

Your Skills and Experiences

• At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering or feature specification in software development.
• Degree in logistics, environmental science, or a technical field (computer science, engineering, economics) with technical aptitude.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements and communicate complex topics to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with process definition or formal specifications in complex, enterprise environments.
• Team player capable of motivating and empowering others in a dynamic setting.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, AWS, SQL, Python is advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
