We are looking for our next IT Business Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI‑PBA) are a plus
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
• In‑depth understanding of business processes and principles
• Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Strong proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements
• Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
• Expertise in creating process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business processes
• Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases
• Ability to participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
