IT Business Analyst

We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst with solid experience in functional support and strong analytical skills to work closely with development teams across the full software development life cycle. The role involves translating business needs into clear technical requirements, supporting delivery and ensuring the reliability of functional processes.

What You Will Do

• Work as a Business Analyst/Functional Support across Agile projects
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the entire SDLC
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Use SQL to support investigations, validations and functional analysis
• Ensure
  - through on deliverables and commitments
• Learn and support KYC processes within the organisation
• Communicate clear, structured information to technical and
  - technical stakeholders

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in Functional IT Support
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2), spoken and written
• Experience working in Agile environments
• High attention to detail and strong troubleshooting ability
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage tasks independently
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support others
• Reliable track record of delivering on commitments

Working Model

Hybrid model: minimum 8 days per month in the office, with 1 mandatory
- site day per week.
