Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our major clients, a leading company in the aviation and airport operations sector.

Location: Lisbon (hybrid model)

What you will do:

• Support
- users and translate their needs into requirements for development teams

• Produce diagrams, data models, use cases, and functional documentation to support solution design

• Create and validate test scenarios, perform regression tests, and participate in solution acceptance

• Collaborate in both agile and traditional project models

• Provide operational support and incident management when needed

What you are like:

• Solid experience in functional analysis

• Ability to work with use cases, data modeling, and functional requirements documentation

• Experience in testing processes (including regression and acceptance tests)

• Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies

• Experience with JIRA and Atlassian suite is a plus

• Knowledge of aviation/airport operational topics is valued

• Experience with Outsystems and Power
BI is a plus

• Previous experience in outsourcing and application management models is appreciated
