**Responsibilities - your mission**We are looking for a highly motivated IT Business Analyst to join Airbus in our GBS office in Lisbon. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. - Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams or
- users, escalating complex issues when necessary. - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security checks. - Document incidents, problems, and solutions to build a robust knowledge base. - Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency. **Technical Skills**:
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies. - Experience with relational database management and querying. - Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, mac
OS, Linux). - Shell batch scripting (Bash and/or Powershell). - Development skills are a plus, such as Python, Java, C#, or Java
Script. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is a plus. - Knowledge of Gen
AI technologies is a plus. **Soft Skills**:
