The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a passion for troubleshooting with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and continuous improvement mindset. **Key Responsibilities:*** Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements. * Monitor and maintain critical IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. * Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams or
- users, escalating complex issues when necessary. * Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security checks. * Document incidents, problems, and solutions to build a robust knowledge base. * Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency. ****Requirements - our ideal candidate will have********Technical Skills:***** Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies. * Experience with relational database management and querying. * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, mac
OS, Linux). * Shell batch scripting (Bash and/or Powershell). * Development skills are a plus, such as Python, Java, C#, or Java
Script. * Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is a plus. * Knowledge of Gen
AI technologies is a plus. ****Soft Skills:***** Fluent level of English. * Willingness to learn and develop new skills. * Excellent
