IT Business Analyst – Hybrid

We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience and solid SQL skills to join a team focused on delivering
- quality analysis, requirements gathering and functional support across complex IT environments.

What You Will Do

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements and support

- Analyse, document and validate business processes and functional specifications

- Use SQL to perform data analysis, troubleshooting, validations and support investigations

- Support development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring functional alignment

- Participate in testing phases: defining test cases, validating results, ensuring functional integrity

- Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimisation and system enhancements

- Ensure proper communication between business, tech teams and project management

What You Bring

- 4+ years as an IT Business Analyst

- Strong SQL knowledge for analysis and validation

- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation

- Ability to work with development teams and understand technical concepts

- Strong analytical thinking and
- solving mindset

- Good communication skills and stakeholder management

- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and handling multiple topics

- Fluency in English

Working Model

Hybrid model: minimum 8 days per month in the office, with 1 mandatory
- site day per week.

Availability to travel to Porto once per month.

Until the office opens, work will be fully remote.
