IT Business Analyst

Mission

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Bring operational efficiency to processes through process optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and challenge the needs expressed by the business.
• Assist in identifying business impacts caused by solutions and prepare action plans.
• Validate Business Requirement documents and write Detailed Functional Specifications.
• Define relevant solutions and estimate implementation costs.
• Create and maintain functional documentation.
• Assist key users during testing phases and ensure test plans are followed.
• Support IT teams during all project phases.
• Supervise project progress.
• Communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
• Report efficiently to management.
• Anticipate and advise clients on needs.

Profile

Technical skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Diverse technical knowledge (Automation is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (Fluent in English; French is a big plus).
• Organized,
  - oriented, and
  - focused.
• Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus.
• Proficient with basic office tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
