? We are looking for an IT Business Analyst

Main Tasks

• Gather and analyze user requirements to develop detailed functional specifications.
• Define, document, and execute test cases, user stories, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure alignment and timely feedback.
• Design, document, and maintain system and business processes.
• Collaborate
  - functionally to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Apply best practices for effective communication,
  - solving, and continuous improvement.
• Work within an Agile environment, following the Scrum framework.

Main Skills & Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Support professional in the banking, financial services, or IT industry (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of SQL.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Proven expertise in developing functional specifications, process documentation, and use case scenarios.
• Demonstrated strength in cross-departmental collaboration, working effectively with development, QA, and product teams.
