IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Support the offshoring strategies of the Group’s customers, particularly in Europe;
- Offer Portuguese economic players the expertise of its 2 communities: Consortis, leader in managed infrastructure services, and Consortia, expert in Data, Digital Development and Media Engineering.
- Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts
- Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders, sponsors and/or teams to define the solution.
- Analyze business requirements with a critical mindset and challenge them when needed.
- Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects.
- Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles.
- Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage.
- Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users.
- Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development, Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions
- Work environment: Remote work 3 days a week at the client's premises
- Technical environment: Agile Scrum methodologies
- Location: Lisbon or Porto
Required profile / Qualifications
- You have 3 years of proven experience in the IT BUSINESS ANALYST field.
- You are passionate about ANALYSIS and have initial experience in the IT BA profession in the BANKING industry.
- Methodologies: Agile Scrum
- Technical knowledge: Software development life cycle - planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management. Estimating techniques, analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.

- And finally, a final meeting with the Consort operations manager and/or the manager responsible for the role
