This role involves supporting our market by defining process standards, supporting project integration, and assisting various business teams with incident and problem management from our Lisbon office.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the definition of the
   - wide rollout roadmap for standard processes.
2. Delivering standard requirements in a complex environment.
3. Defining design standards for future documentation (e. g. , ARIS).
4. Providing benchmarks, best practices, and knowledge transfer to teams.
5. Participating in multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Monitoring incident processes, supporting internal teams and IT service providers.
7. Supporting problem management processes and IT-related inquiries from business teams.
8. Supporting application landscape management and information security processes.

Candidate profile:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar.
• Financial experience, especially in automotive, retail, wholesale, renting, insurance, or services, is an advantage.
• Degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Process-oriented with team skills.
• Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English.
• Knowledge of ISO standards related to IT and BPM activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Access, SQL, and C# (advantage).
