To make this journey a success, we are looking for our future IT Business Manager – Banking & Financial Services, ready to grow with us and help our clients navigate their transformation.

As an Business Manager - Banking & Financial Services at Ivy Partners, you will:

Client Relationship & Business Development

• Act as the key contact for a portfolio of major banking and financial clients.
• Understand their strategic and operational challenges to propose tailored consulting and technology solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities and develop new accounts within the financial services ecosystem.

Project & Account Coordination

• Oversee the delivery of services and projects with full accountability for client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain clear account mapping and anticipate future projects.

Talent & Team Management

• Work closely with recruitment teams to identify and onboard the right experts for each mission.
• Support and mentor consultants throughout their assignments and career path.
• Ensure optimal staffing by aligning team skills with client projects.

Financial & Contract Management

• Monitor the financial performance (P&L) of your portfolio.
• Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure sustainable profitability.

About you

• Background as Account Manager, Business Manager, Project Manager or Project Coordinator within consulting, IT services, or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory context, and digital transformation challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
