Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Customer prospecting and management;
• Recruitment and selection of IT candidates;
• Resource management;
• P&L management.

Profile:

• Degree in Management Informatics, Business Management or Human Resources Management;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Business Manager of an IT Consulting Company;
• Experience in recruiting IT profiles;
• Experience in business unit management;
• Experience in commercial activities such as prospecting for new clients, finding new opportunities with existing clients and maintaining this base of clients;
• Dynamism and proactivity;
• Customer orientation.
