Position: Junior Business Manager

Location: Hybrid (Lisbon)

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and approach new clients to grow business nationally and internationally.
• Support and implement business development strategies to meet company goals.
• Present our IT Consulting and Nearshoring services to prospects.
• Manage and nurture client relationships ensuring satisfaction and retention.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT sector.
• Degree in Management, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive,
  - driven mindset.
• Fluent in English & Portuguese.
• French or Spanish is a plus.
