Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Customer prospecting and management;
2. Recruitment and selection of IT candidates;
3. Resource management;
4. P&L management.

Profile:

• Degree in Management Informatics, Business Management, or Human Resources Management;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Manager in an IT Consulting Company;
• Experience in recruiting IT profiles;
• Experience in managing a business unit;
• Experience in commercial activities such as prospecting new clients, identifying new opportunities with existing clients, and maintaining this client base;
• Dynamism and proactivity;
• Customer orientation.
