IT Business Partner

The IT Business Partner will participate in the implementation of the vehicles and aftersales sales corporate business model for new brands in South Europe. This includes participating in the GAP analysis and scope definition of the vehicles area, involving local business users, and acting as a reference for the business team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of the vehicles and aftersales sales corporate business model for new brands in South Europe.
- Participate in the GAP analysis and scope definition of the vehicles area together with the internal IT team, IT vendors, and business teams.
- Involve the Local Business Users through the entire project lifecycle to ensure new requirements fit with the corporate template, matching the local market/brand needs as well.
- Act as a reference for the business team to know the status of the area and the details of the project scope with continuous reporting and communications with business to guarantee that all areas are aligned.
- Interact with 3rd parties to implement integrations and ensure the correct behavior of the existing ones.
- Be in permanent contact with the Application Maintenance team to identify new functionalities to be added into the corporate template.
- Report regularly the status of its workstream.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP experience is mandatory (FI/CO)
- SAP experience is desirable (MM; SD)
- Sales
Force Experience is desirable - Experience in the deployment of international Salesforce projects, with focus on process definition, and implementation of integrated solutions.
- Understanding of best practices applied to ERP rollout international projects following the waterfall methodology.
- Experience in integrations with 3rd party’s systems.
- Strong communication skills written and spoken with the ability to explain complex issues in simple words.
- Ability to interact with the vehicle and
- sales directors of the group and manage expectations. - High level of English written and spoken
- Basic Knowledge of Spanish written and spoken is a plus
