Job Description

As an IT Business Solutions Engineer, you will drive automation initiatives, consult on process optimization, and implement technical solutions. You will maintain critical IT tools and support rapid solution deployment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Business Continuity departments to understand automation needs
• Consulting on technical feasibility and process optimization, considering
  -
  - end workflows
• Implementing applications in close collaboration with users
• Maintaining IT tools, including system maintenance, network administration, and data management
• Leveraging your expertise to help the team deploy solutions quickly and support IT-supported initiatives
• Providing informal guidance and acting as a resource for less experienced colleagues

Your Profile

You are an
- rounder in IT, curious, playful, flexible, and
- minded. You see yourself as a
- stack developer and
- native professional passionate about understanding both business processes and IT feasibility.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience across multiple IT domains involving software development and administration
• Experience maintaining and operating systems, networks, and applications for high availability
• Familiarity with HICP/Open
  Shift; knowledge of KNIME, Dify, and Dataiku is a plus
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Fluency in English
