Service Description

The service focuses on ensuring
- quality software solutions by integrating structured testing practices within international business environments. The role involves working closely with consultants and business representatives across different regions to validate requirements, enhance software reliability, and support the continuous improvement of testing processes.

The IT Business Tester plays an integral role in analyzing software requirements and user stories for clarity, completeness, and testability. Responsibilities include identifying ambiguities, designing, executing, and refining test cases based on functional requirements. The role also involves organizing and facilitating UAT sessions with business users, providing guidance on test execution and defect reporting. Additionally, as part of our automation strategy, the Business Tester will plan and integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation aligns with critical business functionalities.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern test methods and technologies for
  - based software products and CI/CD tools.
• Experience in test management and TEST FIRST approaches (E2E Workflow Test, Behavior/Test Driven Development, etc. ).
• Understanding of software requirements such as business processes, use cases, and user stories.
• Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe).
• Excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Good communication and networking skills in intercultural environments and across management levels.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Postman is a plus.
