? We are looking for an IT Business Tester to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon!

? Responsibilities:

✅ Analyze software requirements and user stories for clarity, completeness, and testability;

✅ Design, execute, and continuously improve functional and
- based test cases;

✅ Organize and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business users, providing guidance on test execution and defect reporting;

✅ Plan and integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring it covers
- critical functionalities;

✅ Work closely with international teams to validate requirements and support ongoing improvements in testing processes;

✅ Contribute to a
Test-First strategy (e. G. , BDD, TDD, E2E testing) and promote quality throughout the development lifecycle.

? What are we looking for?

✅ Proven experience with modern testing methodologies for
- based software and CI/CD tools;

✅ Strong background in Test Management and Test-First approaches (BDD, TDD, E2E workflows);

✅ Deep understanding of software requirements (business processes, use cases, user stories, etc. );

✅ Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe);

✅ Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written;

✅ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in intercultural environments across all management levels;

✅ Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Postman is a plus.
