Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Change Manager to join one of our biggest clients, a global leader in technology and industrial solutions, driving digitalization and innovation across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead
  - wide,
  - functional strategic initiatives
• Drive complex international IT transitions and rollouts of infrastructure services
• Develop and implement change strategies to drive adoption of new work practices and support cultural transformation
• Integrate change management into project plans and ensure execution across stakeholders
• Define success metrics and monitor progress, readiness, and adoption levels
• Plan and execute change interventions, manage resistance, and foster engagement
• Support communication and training initiatives while promoting a
  - centric culture
• Coach and engage senior leaders and teams through change processes

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Transition Manager
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, tools, and best practices
• Solid background in change management methodologies and execution
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage resistance, drive collaboration, and promote cultural transformation
• Experience in complex, multinational environments is highly valued
