With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.
IT Change Manager
This is your mission
Are you passionate about driving smooth and controlled IT transformations? Then this position is for you.
Build Side
- Define and improve change management processes following ITIL best practices
- Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and evaluate risks and impacts
- Develop mitigation strategies and ensure policy compliance
- Prepare clear documentation, reports and KPIs for
- making - Collaborate with IT, project and business teams to align change processes with organizational goals
Run Side
- Manage

- day change requests from submission to closure - Ensure proper risk assessment and approvals before implementation
- Coordinate implementation schedules with technical teams to minimize disruptions
- Track change success rates and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Communicate upcoming changes and potential impacts to stakeholders
This is your background
You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding ITIL-driven or IT operations environments. You enjoy structuring processes, managing risks and enabling smooth technological transitions, and you are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding IT Service Management (ITSM) or Change Management environments. You enjoy optimizing workflows, guiding teams through change and improving operational efficiency, and you are constantly innovating. Now, Excel, Power BI - Strong understanding of change, incident and problem management
