We are looking for an IT Change Manager with:

• Strong experience in ITIL-based Change Management , including running
  -
  - end change processes.
• Ability to lead CAB meetings , assess risks, and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with multiple IT teams to schedule and implement changes with minimal service disruption .
• Solid skills in risk assessment , mitigation planning, and compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Experience with Service
  Now and proficiency in Excel / Power BI for reporting and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, manage simultaneous tasks, and drive continuous process improvement .

Location: Lisbon | Hybrid

Level of Experience: Mid (+3 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1, 200 to €2, 500 (salary base) + Food Allowance
