The Role

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as an IT Change Manager for a national project.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Lead the end‑to‑end Change Management process, including documentation, review, and approvals.
• Chair CAB meetings and assess risks and impacts for all proposed changes.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth and low‑impact implementations.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
• Maintain clear documentation and deliver regular reports on change metrics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about upcoming changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with ITIL best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven professional experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and SCRUM.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Practical experience working with Service
  Now.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, organized, and strong time‑management skills.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
