We are looking for a IT Change Manager for this project! What are we looking for?

Main Tasks

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to oversee and manage the change management process within IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks and experience in managing change processes to minimize service disruptions and ensure smooth transitions.

• Oversee the change management process, ensuring all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved before implementation.
• Coordinate with various IT teams to schedule and implement changes with minimal disruption to services.
• Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all changes comply with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all change requests, approvals, and outcomes.
• Continuously review and improve change management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest ITIL frameworks and industry best practices.
