IT Compliance Administrator
Come join a fantastic team! As an IT Compliance Administrator, you will support Leica Microsystems in maintaining compliance with global regulatory standards such as SOX, FDA, ISO, and GDPR. This role is essential in ensuring our systems and processes meet the highest standards of governance and validation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the IT Compliance Manager and Director in collecting, reviewing, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Coordinate compliance governance and validation tasks across departments, ensuring timely completion.
Assist in SAP security compliance by helping develop procedures and communicating with internal teams.
Participate in regulatory and compliance projects, contributing to continuous improvement.
Collaborate with QA and business teams at regulated Leica sites to ensure alignment with external requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in IT, Business Processes, or Governance, Risk & Compliance.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 15%.
