Responsibilities
- As IT Compliance Specialist, you accompany key IT-projects, consult the colleagues on compliance related questions, and ensure the IT-solutions are compliant with internal/external requirements.
- You facilitate internal assessments of IT processes and IT systems with focus on appropriateness, compliance, and security.
- You define global processes and implement procedures, controls, security, and defensive measures to ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations and requirements.
- In your new role, you advise the IT management team on issues of regulatory relevance and act as an interface to internal and external auditors.
- In addition, you drive improvements in the established internal control systems (ICS) and you play a consultant role within IT-projects and system implementations.
- You are responsible for the organizational awareness of internal and external IT-requirements.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in economics or computer science.
- Proven experience in the execution of IT General Controls (ITGC) audit procedures.
- Knowledge of common IT standards (e. g. ITIL, COBIT, COSO, ISO/IEC 27001).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Qualifications in IT compliance, information security or IT risk management such as CISA, CISM, CRISC are a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in data visualization and automation tools (e. g. , Power BI, Power Automate) are a plus.
- Structured and conceptual thinking, initiative, assertiveness, conflict management skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); German is beneficial.
