What You'll Do:

The IT Consultant - Software Engineer Java/BPM will play a key role in the transition from a
- built configuration to a modern BPM solution. The role will evolve over time:

Initial Phase (Software Configurator)

• Configure and maintain existing software setup.
• Leverage BPM expertise to prepare and support the migration project.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are aligned with the new BPM solution

Post-Migration Phase (BPM Specialist)

• Work fully within the chosen BPM solution (Flowable, Camunda, or Appway).
• Design, develop, and optimize business processes.
• Ensure ongoing improvements and system enhancements.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for process automation and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven
  - on experience with BPM platforms such as Flowable, Camunda, Appway, or similar.
• Strong understanding of process modeling, configuration, and BPM lifecycle.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Language: English- Fluent any other language would be a plus

Nice-to-Have

• Certification in Flowable, Camunda, or Appway.
