- Fluency in English + 1 other European
- Fast comprehension, analytical work style & high commitment**This is a 360° program**:
- **Cross-department/-company/-industry experience**: a traineeship at a digital consultancy such as ours allows you to acquire knowledge in different industries and company sizes throughout our client projects. - **Rotation system**: You choose 3-4 areas of your interest that you will get to knowduring your traineeship**Key areas**: ERP Consulting, Software Engineering, Account/Project Management, Pre Sales Consulting, Customer success etc. - **International network**: Gain international experience through an abroad experience in our office in Munich for 6 months (not mandatory)- **Guidance all around**: onboarding, your personal mentor, regular feedback meetings, workshops, dojos etc.
