We are looking for an IT Continuity & Resilience Analyst to manage and strengthen IT Continuity and IT Resilience across Wealth Management IT assets.

This role acts as a key enabler between IT Development, IT Production, and Risk functions, ensuring alignment with business continuity needs, regulatory requirements, and
- level frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT Continuity and IT Resilience for Wealth Management IT assets
• Maintain IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) related to IT Continuity
• Report, communicate, and collaborate with technical, risk, and business stakeholders
• Work closely with IT Continuity, IT Risk, and Cybersecurity teams

Main Tasks

IT Continuity & Resilience Management

• Ensure IT Continuity classification of assets is properly assessed and aligned with business continuity needs
• Ensure IT Continuity Plans (IC Plans) are complete and compliant with group requirements
• Ensure backup and restoration processes and operational procedures are documented and enforced
• Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises are planned, executed, and reported
• Follow up on
  - DR exercise remediation and action plans

Reporting, Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Regularly report to senior management on:
• Asset continuity classification progress
• Implementation of continuity solutions
• DR exercises and remediation initiatives
• Report on data quality and completeness within IT GRC tools
• Prepare metrics and presentations for IT Risk, Cybersecurity, and IT Continuity committees
• Contribute to awareness and training initiatives (documentation, training materials, sessions)
• Coordinate with Group IT Continuity & Resilience teams
• Support responses to regulatory, partner, and customer requests related to IT Continuity and Resilience

IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Maintain IT Continuity policies and procedures aligned with
  - level frameworks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e. G. DORA, MAS, HKMA)
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in IT GRC tools (asset classification, dashboards, plans, compliance)

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in IT Continuity & Resilience
• Solid experience in IT Production, especially backup and restoration
• Working knowledge of IT Architecture
• Experience in IT Risk and Cybersecurity
• Familiarity with IT GRC tools and regulatory frameworks

Certifications (strongly recommended, not mandatory):

• CCRP, CRISC, ISO 22301, ISO 27001
