Role

• Ensuring that the IT continuity classification of each asset is properly assessed and aligned with business continuity needs.
• Ensure that the IT continuity plans (IC Plans) are complete and meet the group's requirements.
• Checking that backup and restoration processes are documented and implemented correctly.
• Ensuring that disaster recovery (DR) exercises are carried out, managed and reported on by the production teams.
• Following up on action plans after DR exercises.
• Regularly reporting to senior management on progress in IT asset classification, DR exercises and remediation projects.
• Monitoring the IT GRC tool, ensuring data coverage and quality.
• Provide metrics and presentation material for risk, cybersecurity and continuity committees.
• Participate in
  - raising and training activities (documentation, materials, sessions).
• Coordinate with the group's IT Continuity and Resilience office.
• Supporting responses to requests from regulators, partners or clients on continuity and resilience.
• Maintain IT continuity policies and procedures in line with the global framework.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e. g. DORA, MAS, HKMA).
• Ensuring the quality and completeness of data in the GRC tool (asset classification, plans, dashboards, etc. ).
  
  

We are looking for

• Solid experience in IT continuity management, operational resilience, or similar areas.
• Knowledge of GRC tools and good risk management practices.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary contexts.
