What you need to have:

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience in IT procurement or administrative support roles within a technical or IT-related context
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Portuguese (Portugal)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel
• Experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of IT products and services
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional teams
• Familiarity with contract management processes
• Familiarity with inventory management processes
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
