We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team on a temporary 9-month project. You’ll play a key role in our Technology sector, working with customers to ensure they get the most value out of their digital journey. In this role, you will focus on scalable engagement models to support a high volume of SMB and
- market customers, helping them adopt the platform successfully and generate measurable business outcomes. You’ll work closely with sales and technical teams to develop customer success plans, promote product adoption, protect retention, and identify growth opportunities — all while continuously optimizing how we engage and support our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:Serving as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, understanding their goals and building lasting relationships. Designing and implementing scalable engagement strategies to proactively manage a large customer base and drive product adoption. Collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Engineers to identify renewal and expansion opportunities. Creating and executing success plans that align product features with customer needs and business outcomes. Advocating for the customer internally, sharing insights to help improve products, services, and processes. Continuously innovating and optimizing engagement tactics, contributing to increased efficiency and customer satisfaction. Who will work by your side

- facing roles focused on customer success and relationship management
A background in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Consulting, or similar roles in software
Experience supporting SMB or
- market Saa
S customers, with a clear understanding of their business drivers
Good understanding of enterprise IT environments and implementation challenges
Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence technical and
- technical stakeholders
A passion for customer impact, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative attitude
Intellectual curiosity and a sense of humor are definitely a plus
